A five-star prospect according to 247Sports, Menet committed to Penn State as a part of the program’s 2016 recruiting that included future NFL starting offensive guards Will Fries and Connor McGovern. While Menet never reached those heights in the NFL — he bounced around offseason and/or practice squad rosters from 2021 to 2023 — he was a heavy contributor during his time in Happy Valley. After redshirting his freshman season 2016 and serving as a backup in 2017, Menet took over the starting center role in 2018, a position he held for the next three seasons. During that time, he was a two-time captain for the Nittany Lions and capped off his career in blue and white by earning third-team All-Big Ten honors in 2020. 62 more days.
