The Sooners continue to scour the state of Oklahoma to make sure they keep the best talent home. Their latest find is 6-foot-9 wide receiver out of Pocola, Dakotah Terrell. According to Terrell’s social media, he received an offer from the Sooners on Wednesday. His size makes him an intriguing prospect at wide receiver or tight end, but it isn’t just his size that makes him a good football player. Terrell is a smooth athlete with really good lateral agility and quickness to go with fantastic straight-line speed. Terrell also plays defensive end and returns punts, showing off his athleticism and versatility. Terrell’s recruitment is just getting started, but it’s already off to a bang with offers from Oklahoma, Michigan, Arkansas, and UNLV. As more teams get to know Terrell, there will be more offers coming his way. He’s not currently rated among national recruiting sites, but he’s got the potential to be an asset to whatever school he chooses, regardless of his recruiting rating.
