USC senior offensive analyst Kliff Kingsbury looks to be heading elsewhere after spending one season with the Trojans. The veteran coach joined the Trojans staff last year but is looking at going back to the NFL.He is currently the frontrunner for the Las Vegas Raiders offensive coordinator position under new head coach Antonio Pierce. He spent four seasons in Arizona, taking the Cardinals to the playoffs once during that time frame. He is known as an offensive genius, dating back to his days as the head coach for Texas Tech. Kingsbury was brought into USC to help continue revolutionizing the offense, and he will now get another chance to make his career in the professional leagues. If he can have a successful stint in Las Vegas, he may be able to turn that into another head coaching chance. NFL teams are always looking for new offensive-minded coaches to lead the charge, and Kingsbury is one of the best.He isn't too far removed from helping Arizona quarterback Kyler Murray win the 2019 Offensive Rookie of the Year Award, and he led the Cardinals to be a top-10 scoring offense in 2021. His biggest issue with Arizona was a lack of experience and a poor roster around him.The pressure will be off Kingsbury to lead the team with the Raiders, assuming he lands the job. He can fully focus on running the offensive attack and getting back to the basics of what makes him a good coach.
