There was a welcome sight at the Detroit Lions training facility in Allen Park on Wednesday. Wide receiver Jameson Williams was an active participant in the day’s practice session. Williams missed the Lions’ Week 18 win over the Minnesota Vikings while dealing with an ankle injury. He was back at full gallop on Wednesday in advance of Sunday’s postseason matchup with the Los Angeles Rams. Over his past few games, Williams had taken on an increasing role in the Lions offense.
