From the “So you’re saying there’s a chance” files… Lions tight end Sam LaPorta could still have a chance to play in Sunday night’s postseason game against the Los Angeles Rams. Detroit head coach Dan Campbell left the door open for the Pro Bowl rookie to maybe be on the field despite suffering a knee injury in Sunday’s win over the Minnesota Vikings. “Look, LaPorta has an outside shot, now,” Campbell told reporters on Monday. “In 48 hours, we’re going to know a lot with him. But he’s got an outside shot.” LaPorta injured his knee while being tackled and left for the locker room on a cart.
