Raiders waive safety Roderic Teamer after arrest for DUI

According to early morning jail records Raider Safety Roderic Teamer was flagged for speeding then arrested for DUI in Vegas. #RaiderNation— Chris Maathuis (@sports8) November 26, 2023 Teamer was arrested for DUI after being stopped for speeding according to the report. The team announced Sunday that Teamer will not play against the AFC West-leading Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday afternoon. Kickoff is set for 1:25 p.m. PT. Teamer was activated from the injured reserve Saturday and was set to play Sunday before his arrest. Teamer missed the past five games with a hamstring injury. He played the first six games in a backup role and on special teams. Teamer, 26, has been with Las Vegas since 2021. He has played 33 games for the Raiders and he has started five games, three in 2022 and two in 2021. If convicted, Teamer could face a short NFL suspension if convicted of the DUI charges.
