The murderer’s row portion of the Seattle Seahawks’ 2023 schedule continues this week. Fresh off their 18-point embarrassment at home against the San Francisco 49ers (No. 2 in our latest power rankings), they’ll visit the No. 3 ranked Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night. As expected, the Cowboys are a heavy favorite. According to the latest odds available at BetMGM, Seattle is an 8.5-point underdog. Dallas leads the all-time series 11-10. However, the Seahawks have won four of their last five matchups. The most-recent victory was a 38-31 shootout in September of 2020. Russell Wilson threw for 315 yards, five touchdowns and a 130.7 passer rating in the win. While it sounds harsh for Seattle, the line is appropriate given where these two teams stand right now. The Seahawks have lost three of their last four games, while the Cowboys have won five of their last six, their only loss coming against the No. 1 ranked Philadelphia Eagles.
