Post-Snap Reads 12/1: Seahawks offense comes alive, defense rolls over in loss to Cowboys

Image Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports Read! From the George W. Bush Expressway, you can still hear the whispers, “where are the WMD’s?”; and from every Seattle Seahawks fan, far and wide, “where is our D?”. Befuddled, frustrated, and restrained, we may have just witnessed one of the best games of the 2023 NFL season. Two teams, who’s fanbases with equal haste would leave their QB1s in the proverbial dust and be happy losing with two equally goofy back-ups. Some familiar schemes, familiar foes, some knuckle-headed plays by both the ‘Hawks and the ‘Boys. Another obstacle, the short week, to whom the offense the advantage nearly always falls. Yeah, we lost. But if you permit, I’ll say this: my brother, my nephew, and I were privileged enough to take in the game from the most southern of the standing room only sections of Jerry’s World. Watching DK’s Q1 TD’r was surreal, as was watching the defense look somewhat ineffectual at important moments. The loss was tough and avoidable, the shared human experience was unmatched and unyielding (yeehaw), and the Cowboy’s fans proved to be as moreish as a 32 OZ tub of Bubba’s banana pudding. Eso es vida. Thank you for being here. #np Ugh by Ebi Soda Seahawks News Seahawks-Cowboys: As I Sea It - Seaside Joe
