NFL is just an amazing place pic.twitter.com/LbZNBGuO7k— ᴅᴏxx
DK Metcalf (2019) - 58
Steve Largent (1976) - 54
Darrell Jackson (2000) - 53
Doug Baldwin (2011) - 51
Tyler Lockett (2015) - 51
Jaxon Smith-Njigba (2023) - 45 Of course, Smith-Njigba may need the full 17 games to surpass Joey Galloway, but you’ve got Largent surrounded by nothing but 16-game players so we’re going to keep having these footnotes until the NFL unleashes a 24-game regular season in 2046. At the very least, JSN could surpass Metcalf, Baldwin, and Lockett on this list, the top three receivers of the Pete Carroll era. Between preseason injury and some in-season drops and miscommunications, it hasn’t been a smooth-sailing rookie year for JSN, but over the past few weeks he has shown why the Seahawks were eager to draft him. By next season I would not be shocked if he was the team’s second or even top leader in targets.
