Pre-Snap Reads 12/6: Will both Hurtt and Waldron be back with the ‘Hawks next season?

Image Photo by Steph Chambers/Getty Images Read! When a coordinator excels at their job, they most likely are pulled from that position earlier than deserved. When they are failing, when a team and it’s coordinator are not on the same page, they are most likely let go before they are given an opportunity to correct their mistakes. Our Seattle Seahawks may be at a crossroads with both of their young coordinators. Pete Carroll and co. are generally patient with their coaches, and tend not to fire them on a whim.
